THERADIAG complies with the corporate governance rules and recommendations defined by the AFEP-MEDEF Code and the Guide for the Prevention of Insider Dealing for Directors of Listed Companies resulting from AMF Recommendation 2010-07 of 3 November 2010, and has introduced a ‘negative windows’ policy or Black-out periods that take place prior to the publication of revenues and annual financial statements, and during which no transactions on the Company’s shares are allowed.

These ‘Black-out’ periods are fixed as follows :

  • 30 days before Half-year and Annual results publications
  • 15 days before Revenue press releases

This ‘negative windows’ policy is applied to Directors, Executives, or people treated as such, as well as any person who has regular or occasional access to insider information regarding the Company.
