Introduction
Faced with the development of new communication tools, it is necessary to pay a special attention to the privacy protection. Therefore, we are committed to respecting the privacy of the information collected.
Information collection
1.Users
We do not collect any personal data apart from the email address which allows the user to subscribe to updates to electronic documentation.
The other data only concerns those related to navigation:
- Type of device used by the visitor
- Browser type
- Service provider
- Number of visits
- Date of visit
- Geographic position
- Pages viewed
- The average time spent on each page
These navigation data are exclusively intended for the statistical tracking of visits to our website and are collected by cookies.
We do not collect IP addresses by our system.
2.Investors
Investors can subscribe to press releases by completing the dedicated form.
All information collected such as surname, first name, e-mail address and others are transferred directly to the company Newcap which takes care of the management of these data according to the regulations in force on the protection of natural persons to the regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data.
No data is kept by Theradiag.
Interactivity and management of cookies
We use the information thus collected for statistical purposes and to alert users to the update of electronic documentation (for subscribers only).
When using our e-documentation portal, you can leave us an email address to receive automaticaly updated versions of some documents. This registration is optional and can be cancelled anytime under the conditions stated in each email you will receive or by your direct opposition (refer to Right of opposition and withdrawal below).
The navigation information is collected through the interactivity that may be established between you and our website via Google Analytics.
It allows to follow the data of consultation of the web users to better understand how its Web site is used by the visitors and to guide as well as possible its future evolutions.
It has been set up to ensure the protection of your data and is based on the use of “Cookies”. A cookie is a digital marker assigned to the internet browser that is used to view a website.
The type of cookie implemented on the site is not a prerequisite to access the contents of the site.
It is therefore possible at any time to disable or delete them without having any consequence on the information or services delivered by the site
The data collected via cookies are in no way cross-checked with other treatments (contact files, statistics of visits to other sites …).
